Look for the GLITCH.
A key move in learning to navigate without the old maps.

Remember the scene in “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙭” where the cat stutters forward and backward like a film hiccup? That was a glitch in the program of the shared reality we were all sleepwalking in and only saw if you took the red pill.

Look for glitches. And when you see one, stop and pay attention.
𝗪𝗵𝘆?
Glitches take you out of living on autopilot.
The little ones show up in our daily lives — the small events that one could easily brush over. Something catches you off guard on a “Mundane Monday.”
𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁?
🐈 When you read a post or article, a word or phrase pops out, and if you stay with it, you see something entirely new — an angle that you never thought possible — a glitch.
🐈 A member of your staff comes up with a solution to a long-standing problem at work. At first, it sounds unbelievable, and then suddenly, you see a new possibility, a path forward. It is so novel that you marvel at how they could see something invisible to everyone on Earth — a glitch.
🐈 As a coach, you hear a very familiar challenge your client presents. But this time, some word or associated feeling creeps into your head. It lets you ask a question you hear yourself ask with amazement. And that question shifts everything for both of you. Instantly, you are in new territory — a glitch.
“One instant, you're just a regular Joe, schlepping through your mundane life, and then suddenly - what is this? - nothing has changed, yet you feel stirred by a grace, swollen with wonder, overflowing with bliss. Everything - for no reason whatsoever - is perfect.”
𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
When you encounter a glitch, slow down. Take a deep breath. Look, listen, feel, and taste. Right before you, a threshold to a new way might open.
𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀. Have fun. Let me know what you are discovering.
